This  ONE ACRE property is surrounded by lush green lands and facing the beautiful and the largest source of water supply to Hyderabad.

The design shows our approaches towards new technologies and the experimental reaches towards structural innovation while providing the freestanding cantilever of more than 25 feet, which provides a stunning Architectonic appearance to the building and a shade to client’s car collection.

The west side of the building has a Lake view, it has been opened technically to provide the maximum view of the sunset. Sun rays make a beautiful vertical line on the river while setting and the current site provides the best view of the horizon, keeping this thing in mind the deck has been raised to a level so that the private areas both the side could have an interrupted view while others can enjoy at the formal living or theatre.

The building has been named pulse as it makes a difference and sets the pulse high when looked at.
