Hotel Chinar is one of the most challenging work. It is located at Durgapura with a plot area of just 100 Square Yards  , in such small area we were able to fit a property of Ten rooms, one banquet, one restaurant , a lounge , reception and a rood-top area with admin block. Hotel rooms are compact sizes with the mixture of 3 different category rooms of different sizes. With every single amenity and comfort this place comes on the top of our list.
